ESDAxx6V1-5T6: Low-capacitance Transil™ arrays for ESD protection
The ESDA6V1-5T6 and ESDALC6V1-5T6 are monolithic arrays designed to protect up to 5 lines against ESD transients. These devices are ideal for applications where both reduced PCB space and high ESD protection are required.

The ESDA6V1-5T6 and ESDALC6V1-5T6 are housed in micro-DFN packages.
